RECESSION SPECIAL:

We are trying to keep rental rates down for theater companies by programming music after theater. We are offering Studio Theatre for $700 per week & Mainstage Theatre for $900 per week if you can vacate each night by 9pm (7pm or 7:30pm start time is okay) and if your set and lighting are workable for the music series.

REGULAR PRIME-TIME RATES:

MAINSTAGE - 125+ seats; 250 occupancy

$1500-$2000/weekend for prime-time (4 shows Thurs-Sun) 

Includes lighting package

STUDIO - 74+ seats; 122 occupancy

$900-$1400/weekend for prime-time (4 shows Thurs-Sun) 

Includes lighting package

LATE/OFF-NIGHT RATES:

We have lots of availability. Rates negotiable. 

The Viaduct is proud to have established box office services which include managing reservations and ticket sales through credit card pre-sales online and by phone, assisting the patrons at the box office each night, and promoting shows on our website, in the theater, and through newsletters to our mailing list. A fee of 12% of ticket sales is applied for this service and is in addition to the fees listed above.
